Founded in 2017 by Pastor Ericka Parker, PEPTalk Women’s Global Empowerment is a faith-based organization designed to inspire and strengthen women who lead. Rooted in biblical principles, we are committed to encouraging women in their divine calling, equipping them with the tools to lead with excellence, and empowering them to break barriers, disrupt fear, and make a lasting impact in the world.
